FEEDBACK on LEARNING

"During the self-evaluation and reflection it was necessary to talk and write very specifically about my own experience and feelings. (...) Furthermore, I focused on critical listening in the intense discussions."

 

" I learned how to handle conflicts in groups and how to strengthen the ability to change ones own perspective to understand a different point of view. This I can use in youth work as well as in conflicts in the everyday life. "

 

"I learned which factors are most important to be able to surprise people with their own creativity."

 

During the workshop I learned how to improve my ability to be a leader and use this leadership in a group.

 

I reflected upon my personal abilities, needs and goals using methods we were introduced to and which were very helpful.

I got an idea of how hard it is sometimes to be honest with one self and to overcome the fear of finding something one would not have expected when doing self-reflection.

 

the trainer gave me a detailed feedback about my presentation techniques, helping me besides many other points to improve my ability to tell a story leading through a talk.

 

I learned how to ask critical and difficult, but helpful questions to other people as a coach.

 

I also got a critical and helpful feedback concerning my leader skills which encouraged me to become more active in youth work.
